About FlowRunAI

Hi, I'm Thomas.

I build websites as a hobby, but I got tired of doing Pinterest manually. So I automated it. Now I help other bloggers do the same.

Why I built this

I love building websites. Writing, designing, tinkering. That part I enjoy. But every time I published a new post, there was this whole extra job waiting: open Canva, design a pin, write a title, write a description, copy-paste it all into Pinterest, repeat.

The problem: I didn't have the time, or the patience, to do that every single time. I wanted a system that would take a new blog post and just turn it into a Pinterest pin. Automatically.

That's why I built FlowRunAI. I started with a Make.com automation for my own WordPress site, then cleaned it up, documented it, and turned it into something other bloggers could use in 15 minutes. No technical knowledge required.

Since then, I've also built a version that works entirely from a Google Sheet. No WordPress needed. Add a row, and a pin goes out on schedule. That's the whole idea: less manual work, more consistent results.
